Response to Mrs. D's Comment

Mrs. D,

Yes, those are two of my cat's. They are not related although they do have similiar coloring and breed. The one on the left is Quigley and the one on the right is Sydney. She will be four this coming Monday. And Quigley is thirteen, will be fourteen this August. He is currently very sick right now so I haven't been much on the computer lately. Sorry I could not answer your post sooner. He was first having hyperthyroid problems (overactive thyroid) and losing a lot of weight. Then we decided to do the surgery about three weeks ago and was fine after the first week but then he stopped eating and now has liver disease. So we are trying to treat that so we can then try to treat the thyroid, because the surgery didn't work and his thyroid levels are way up again. Sorry to go on and on about it, but if there's anyone who knows something about it, I am welcoming any ideas:) -Shauna 'Roo' 6-10-04

Where did you go?

Hope your cat is better. I coped with a 15 year old diabetic cat for over a year and it was heart wrenching. Now I live with a pair of unrelated handsome males: Sam, a 4 year old Maine Coon, and Tim, a 10 month old Blue Point Siamese. They are my most beloved companions.
